Team had the pleasure of building a new house for the Dare family.

Team was asked to build up to dpc.

Jenny’s patio had seen better days and grout was cracking the team gave the patio a good clean and grouted throughout.

This was certainly not a straight forward one being a terraced house with the only access to the back was going through the front door. Ian’s utility was a shed that he walked outside every day to so as you can imagine he was very pleased with the end result.

Mr and Mrs Guilbert needed more space for their family and was happy with the end results.

We knocked down the exterior wall to create this stunning kitchen extension for Wendy.

Annette’s existing kitchen wasn’t working for her so the team created a kitchen extension she was proud of.

Gary and Karen wanted a master bedroom with a view, the team built over the existing garage to create a room which they have always wanted and the views was beautiful from their balcony.

Debbie and Ian needed a bigger kitchen and help with flood defence from the stream so close to the property. The team came in to build a stone wall and created space for a stunning kitchen.

Sue and Brian were getting fed up of their cold conservatory in the winter and called the S & H Construction team to build extra space to enjoy their lovely views.
